Pilot Testing of New e-Procurement System Functionalities
One-day training is part of a broader program aimed at assisting the development of public institutions.

The Public Procurement Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has organized a one-day training session as part of the pilot testing for the new e-Procurement information system functionalities. The App Impact team is especially proud to have built this innovative system, which reimagines the electronic procurement process and forms the backbone of public procurement in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Held on Tuesday, November 5th, 2019, the training session delved into the intricate tapestry of the new system's features, encompassing the following areas:

  1. Creating user roles in the e-Procurement system
  2. Forming a Procurement Commission
  3. Developing an electronic procedure
  4. Publishing participation conditions
  5. Preparing and submitting electronic offers
  6. Conducting the electronic opening of tenders
  7. Generating bidding records
  8. Evaluating electronic offers
  9. Creating minutes of the review and evaluation of tenders, the Commission's recommendations and the Commission's activity reports
  10. Publishing decisions to conclude the procurement process

This training is part of a development assistance program for public institutions funded by the German organization GIZ. Following many successful collaborations with the Public Procurement Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina over the years, we at App Impact look forward to continuing our partnership.
