New Web Portal "registar.transparentno.ba" Launched!
Systematic approach and full transparency in the fight against corruption.

The fight against corruption is essential for all other reforms in Bosnia and Herzegovina, requiring a systematic approach and full transparency. Numerous organizations in BiH are striving to implement changes to address some of the country's most pressing issues. Among them is Transparency International in BiH, which undertakes various activities and projects to analyze and prevent corruption in critical areas.

One of the organization's latest initiatives is the launch of registar.transparentno.ba, a web portal serving as an open register of public office holders. The Register aims to provide information on the engagements and mandates of public officials in BiH, facilitating the identification of potential abuses, function incompatibilities, and conflicts of interest. By enabling the monitoring of officials' activities, the Register helps prevent corruption. The portal was designed and developed by the App Impact team.

The "Register of Public Office Holders" is owned by the Association for the Fight against Corruption "Transparency International" in BiH (TI BIH) and was created as part of the project "Support to Citizens in the Fight against Corruption." Financial support was provided by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), with the project being implemented in partnership with the Centers for Civil Initiatives (CCI) and the Center for Media Development and Analysis (CRMA).

App Impact is proud to contribute to increasing information accessibility regarding public government roles, as we believe it is a vital tool for fostering numerous anti-corruption efforts. More information about the portal will be announced soon!
